Would strongly recommend against the assisted service. They fraud you and stop responding to you.
Worst and Pathetic Service
I had taken Prime gold membership last month, since my upgrade the experience with Bharat Matrimony is complete disaster, the customer service representative are rude on call, they close my query without my concern, since last one month i haven't got a single consultation call, and many more issues, i will never ever buy or suggest anyone to buy your premium membership

Getting Interest from fake profiles
Worst experince ever, got my account suspended due to abuse word that I used but the oposite person started first send abusive words in local telugu language. Their account is fine but my account got suspended. I requested to unsuspend my account but still not unlocked very disappointed. I lost almost 12000 subscription amont due to this. Very irresponsible customer care support. Rediculous and Disgusting app.
App is not working as expected
I can’t able to see profiles who viewed me under matches option, every time when I go to VIEWED YOU tab nothing shows up, when I click on notification, it shows up message that this many people viewed my profile.
Problem in iPhone while opening
When I opening it’s keep on loading I don’t understand than I need uninstall and install again every-time I’m facing same issue.irritated by doing that I also subscribed and prime member in matrimony still facing issue. I don’t issue in shaadhi.com facing issue only in Telugu matrimony application
