This app would be great if it worked. Whenever you submit a request, there is no way to comment on it. When it’s completed, you receive an email but can’t open the related request because it does not pull through in the app with a “request not found” message.
How am I supposed to know what department and sub department give an issue belongs to having to figure this out just slow down the process dissuades me from reporting issues.Also why do I need to report the park or place the issue is at when you have the exact GPS pin of the issue?
Ever since the last update the app will not let me attach photos and moves the pin location to some random spot. Please address and fix.
I was trying to report a dead animal on roadway, for pick up. After searching the app, there is has no option for dead animal, so I used general questions. Trying to stick the location pin doesn’t work. This app isn’t user friendly. It took so long to submit, that the system errored out and I had to begin again. Again, if this app isn’t user friendly, you can’t expect residents to use it. I finally submitted under residential code compliance. Received an email response that didn’t make much sense so I called again. Had to delete app, and reinstall because it said I had no connection. Wasted my time and effort today! Tempe can do better!
After the last updraft they did four months ago, the app isn’t working properly. When you try to report graffiti for removal, there isn’t a way to complete the form.
When using iPhone to open maintenance requests certain fields that require more information are inaccessible and blank. Makes the app unusable for this type of work
iPhone users can view and start requests but cannot submit due to text blocks being blank. Most of the questions that have text blocks attached for more information are not available to answer or even see making the request incomplete and not able to submit.
Will not work right on i phone. Will not let you submit info. Keeps telling me to fill out fields that are all ready filled in.
Doesn’t work well with iPad, iPhone, etc. sign in is always cumbersome...doesn’t remember passwords...making it hard to follow up on issues.
