Probeerde vandaag een shift aan te melden maar hij wilt niet door hij blijft op de pagina waar je de voorwaarden moet accepteren

Its going Bad and worst

Can not understand why the payments are so lows on the high season, also its a big issue that sometimes when you go work,people treat you as garbage and if you left for this reason then you must to pay the fine. Before has a phone number for the questions and solve the problems, now there is a bot and it get too long fix the problems cause if you send a email or a message for the customer support is too bussy. Thinking seriously to swipe another company. For real its going way worst.

Krijgt geen contact met helpdesk

Krijgt nul response vanuit help desk. Al meerdere weken bezig geweest met contact te leggen zonder enige reactie. Heb besloten deze platform niet meer te gaan gebruiken. Slechte zaak

Je kunt geen verbinding maken met support en je moet misschien meer dan 1 dag wachten voordat je met ze kunt praten. Je kunt geen hulp van hen krijgen. Ik gebruik het nooit meer
