This app is great. If I could make one suggestion, it would be great if the entire screen would change color as you’re going down or up. I tend to enjoy listening to music while I lift and it would be great if I could have a better visual representation. Then I would be able to have my phone farther away from me while I lift. Other than that, this app does exactly what you’d want it to when trying to track your tempo.

Tempo is odd and the commands don't make any sense.

App is TERRIBLE. Inaccurate and buggy.

Update: I have deleted the original version and re-downloaded with the update and the problem with buttons overlapping is now fixed. The app now allows a person to adjust the tempo and the interface is fixed, there are no overlapping buttons anymore. This app now does what I wanted it to do. 5/5. Unfortunately the green "Start" button which prompts the app to start counting reps overlaps the buttons used to manipulate the seconds in each contraction. Unless you just want the app to repeat, "Down... 2... 1..." Until you hit stop, do not buy.
