Glitchy, buggy app

ももピン on

United States

The app keeps crashing every time I try to leave a comment on a feed or to view the person’s profile who posted. Seeing feeds for the court conditions are useful but otherwise the bug needs to be fixed or I could forever not be able to find a tennis game nor a partner be left hanging... I wonder if it has to do with the iOS 15 update??

The bug I deal with

Ken Rosewall on

United States

The app hangs when I attempt to see and follow notification links to the news feed. Within the app the news feed fails to refresh and often leads to a blank white screen that only can be fixed by rebooting my phone. A work around that I often resort to entails tapping the group I follow (RCTA) and getting a new login code sent to my email address. This refreshes the feed and the app works well-for awhile. It’s a great app for finding partners and a game but for me the bugs really get in the way of that. Running an iPhone X with the latest OS as of 7/17/21.

Editing photo profiles a total pain

Ghost of Davy Jones on

Folks I have tried several times to navigate posting a profile photograph. I’ve gotten as far as cropping the image that I want out of my library. Custom feature is virtually impossible to use! David Sacks

Not user friendly.

BIS NYC on

United States

It is unclear how to switch between different NYC tennis locations, on this app — even though they’re listed.
