Tenor Tutor Reviews

Maybe it’s me

Let me warn you, this app defaults to both alto and tenor clef cards. You need to follow the information button to break the 2 apart for quizzing. I would also like it to have a string, finger number, and which position for the quizzing. Knowing that it’s a B and knowing where that B is are to different things and I want my students to know all that as well as pitch.

This app is horrible! The tenor clef sign moves up and down the staff changing the position of the notes and therefore teaching the incorrect notes to learners. Do not buy!!

Excellent Tutorial

Fabulous tool! Worth the money! Buy today! I have been an advanced music reader in treble, bass, and alto clef for years; however, I struggled mastering tenor clef for my intermediate cello studies. I tried transposing treble clef and bass clef when reading tenor, but needed to know the new clef quickly as I know the others. This really helped me!
