Too many ads. & when you DO NEED them; Just recently, you can NOT access the ads anymore to turn a square. It crashes also. Out of all of the multiple games that I play, this one is the most problematic. There is ALWAYS something that goes wrong.

Please return the movement of dice to turn it around.

love this game i’ve been playing it for years. but recently the shop hasn’t been working and i haven’t been able to equip the die in the game. this is one of my favorite games but i wish this would be fixed!

Spend money to enjoy the game.

I’ve scored over 3000 points and it said I unlocked the gold dice. However when I go into my dice collection to equip it, it says I do not own it. Same way with the ruby dicd.

Update: Kwalee obviously doesn’t care about customer complaints even tho most are complaining about the same thing. Don’t hold your breath waiting for anything to be fixed. They appear to be too busy counting the money they make from all the ads in the game. Customer service is horrible. I have earned so many free dice but a glitch in the game won’t give them to me. I first reported this glitch over a year ago and was assured they would look into it. A few months later I checked back and they said they are working on a fix. It’s now been over a year and the issue isI was hoping this new update would fix the problem, but it’s still there. If they would fix this problem, or even give me all of the dice I have earned, I would gladly switch to 5 stars.

Loved playing this game, but recently they made it required to always have an internet connection. Now i cant play it on trips when i would play it most

The undo button stopped working. I can’t get anyone from customer service to help me. It’s impossible to reach someone. Don’t download the app. You will be disappointed.

Played this game for YEARSand loved it. Made the upgrade and the UNDO button no longer works. 😡🥵
