I had to switch phones and had to transfer my account to the new phone. Reached out to customer service with all details required, including receipts from having spent money on the game. Customer service refused to help with the transfer. I basically lost my account. 0/10 customer service.

Dont waste time on this game! Boring and unbalanced.. follow youtube guide to build winning deck and eveyone uses the same tactics to win..there’s no strategy.. just follow everyone’s deck build and rely on dumb luck for a good draw..lame
1. Frequent disconnection when you are winning (seems to be some sort of bugs or hack at the back end) 2. Extremely bad game matching which seems to suggest, game is fixed so that you will lose.
Enjoyed the game But have been stuck at a certain rank and every time I choose to start a match, an error comes out and it’ll push my progress of climbing the ranks up. One step forward two steps back. Became tired of playing rankings - Patch your Game!
I got all action cards at the start of the game and no reshuffle of my cards in my hand
Gameplay is great, the in-game board and UI. However menu UI seems backdated, the banners are pixelated and there’s no cloud save that allows me to play on my 2 different iOS devices (iPad and iPhone). Instead, you’ll have to migrate your data to the alternate device and can only play on one of them. Please have a system that allows us play across all devices.
