Tern Returns

This is something I didn’t know I needed! Everyone is so helpful, timely and perfect.

I used tern during the initial 3 months until DoorDash started it. I was happy moving back to DD since they had their yearly pass via chase. However, I soon realized that it was really difficult to work with different dashers, many of them used to just food delivery. Tern is definitely better. I’m returning back to this service :)

This service came just at the right time for me. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good. But if you’re using the service I wouldn’t recommend waiting till the last day to request a return, as it can sometimes take a day or two for them to pick up and return a package.

This service helps me buy products online faster, and with more confidence! If I dont like, I can get it returned with one click. Awesome!!!

Love this app for so many reasons! I use it all the time and it saves me time money, and gas! Greatest invention in a long time. I hope it stays around.

I have had the opportunity to use this app a multitude of times over the last 2 months. It works exactly as stated by the app description. Applies to Amazon, FedEx, UPS based returns and others. Has saved me endless cumulative hours. Staff has highest level of professionalism. Friendly and efficient; I look forward to saying hello to them! The service I’ve always needed! No more returns piling up and spending a whole day running around to make them. Plus great customer service- when I’ve made mistakes in the info I’ve provided they’ve promptly followed up with me to get it right. I really love this service and will keep using!

I saw this on Instagram and thought why not try it. It has been such a great service and time saver. Don’t even think about it just sign up and you’ll be so happy you did. I’ve had to work with Stephanie and customer service before and they both are amazing at helping me fix some of the mistakes I’ve made filling out the return process. Most of the time it’s super easy but returning stuff from Christmas was a little complicated and they made it so easy.
