CONVENIENT Shopping has evolved with the times, from e-commerce to mobile shopping to same day delivery of purchases. The process for returning unwanted items, though, is just as time consuming and cumbersome as it has been for decades. It’s time that the returns process caught up. Tern lets you schedule fast, safe, convenient home pickup of items that you would like to return, regardless of where you shop or which shipping service merchants use. Like your favorite food delivery service, Tern will come to your door on your schedule to pick up the items that you want to return. FLEXIBLE Don’t have a box or a printer? No problem. Tern can package your items and include all necessary shipping information to get your items back to the merchant more quickly. Schedule a pickup up to 30 days in advance, because returns should work around your calendar, not the other way around. This is something I didn’t know I needed! Everyone is so helpful, timely and perfect. -- Sethyo17, 2023-04-01 ### ***** "Worth better than DoorDash and similar" I used tern during the initial 3 months until DoorDash started it. I was happy moving back to DD since they had their yearly pass via chase. However, I soon realized that it was really difficult to work with different dashers, many of them used to just food delivery. Tern is definitely better. I’m returning back to this service :) -- b_reviews_raw, 2023-03-25 ### ***** "Hugely helpful" This service came just at the right time for me. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good. But if you’re using the service I wouldn’t recommend waiting till the last day to request a return, as it can sometimes take a day or two for them to pick up and return a package. -- r_tuli, 2023-03-24 ### ***** "Great service, well needed" This service helps me buy products online faster, and with more confidence! If I dont like, I can get it returned with one click. Awesome!!! -- Anesh Mohan, 2023-03-16 ### ***** "Convenient and very easy to use" Love this app for so many reasons! I use it all the time and it saves me time money, and gas! Greatest invention in a long time. I hope it stays around. -- Casaaaaaabdra, 2023-03-01 ### ***** "Seamless experience" This company really makes returns super easy. Their customer service team is also amazing! Highly recommend it. -- TheReviewer_2023, 2023-02-28 ### ***** "Great app with highest level staff" I have had the opportunity to use this app a multitude of times over the last 2 months. It works exactly as stated by the app description. Applies to Amazon, FedEx, UPS based returns and others. Has saved me endless cumulative hours. Staff has highest level of professionalism. Friendly and efficient; I look forward to saying hello to them! This service ends up completing the end-to-end experience by providing the solution to the back end (efficient return process) when indicated to the front end (efficient purchase process)! GW -- f_u_t_u_r_e, 2023-02-26 ### ***** "Really love this service!" Tern makes all returns so incredibly easy and saves a ton of time! They also have amazing customer support. I highly recommend Tern! -- Sherri_H, 2023-02-26 ### ***** "Great!" The service I’ve always needed! No more returns piling up and spending a whole day running around to make them. Plus great customer service- when I’ve made mistakes in the info I’ve provided they’ve promptly followed up with me to get it right. I really love this service and will keep using! -- Return free lady, 2023-02-23 ### ***** "Best app ever" I saw this on Instagram and thought why not try it. It has been such a great service and time saver. Don’t even think about it just sign up and you’ll be so happy you did. I’ve had to work with Stephanie and customer service before and they both are amazing at helping me fix some of the mistakes I’ve made filling out the return process. Most of the time it’s super easy but returning stuff from Christmas was a little complicated and they made it so easy. -- purchases too much, 2023-02-17 [View all Tern Returns reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Tern Returns - [Re-turnz](https://apptail.io/app/re-turnz-xwr/united-states) - [Zigy Shop](https://apptail.io/app/zigy-shop-kpLb/united-states) - [Bottle Bronx](https://apptail.io/app/bottle-bronx-FOSb/united-states) - [Rocket Return](https://apptail.io/app/rocket-return-EoYb/united-states) - [Dehoff's Key Market](https://apptail.io/app/dehoffs-key-market-LSAc/united-states) - [Demartini Orchard](https://apptail.io/app/demartini-orchard-gTod/united-states) - [ChillBar-Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/chillbar-delivery-GWei/united-states) - [Klassi](https://apptail.io/app/klassi-BxEj/united-states) - [Sticky Thumb](https://apptail.io/app/sticky-thumb-UXGj/united-states) - [Waapis](https://apptail.io/app/waapis-nBIj/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
