Territory Helper FAQ
Is Territory Helper free?
Yes, Territory Helper is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Territory Helper legit?
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
The app is a good touch. It is a big help for those who have trouble getting online. The app makes seeing and printing the territory much more user friendly especially on mobile. I really like the notes option, only thing I ran into is that if you copy paste notes in the don’t stay unless you type something in right after and before leaving the page. Overall a good app and system.
Improved Functionality
The ability to install an app on your device surely has made it simplier for many. My advice is to use and report anything that you find that does not perform as expected. As an admin I try to anticipate as many problems that might appear. We do the best we can.
Very helpful but would like some improvements
The ability to zoom in and out better would be nice. Also a way to mark the streets off once you have completed them one by one would also be nice. Or even a way to check off each house! But that would probably be too difficult.
Great app!
This app is a game changer. As new updates come along it keeps getting better. Thank you for all the work that is being put into this app.
One suggestion: Allow Apple devices to be able to select which map they want to use when using this territory app. Right now it automatically links to Apple Maps only, but this is not user friendly for our area. We noticed that Android users can select which map to use.
So far so good
I haven’t had a chance to use it much yet, but I’m so excited about the annotation feature. This has been the biggest limit in every other app we’ve tried. Hope to try it out more soon.
Landscape mode would be helpful
App looks like a good start. Would be helpful to have landscape mode especially for iPads.
Would also be nice for those who are admins to be able to check out/assign territories via app, see requests, etc….
I know it’ll be amazing but can’t login :(
You all do an amazing job, I would never say anything negative, but the login works for the website on all my devices but when I try that same login on the app, it says “an error occurred, try again later”.
I’m not sweating it at all, a new app comes with a tremendous amount of work and issues thanks so much for all you do.
Two-factor
Please fix the bug that causes two-factor not being sent. Also there is no option to indicate to the program that the code wasn’t received.
