Will not connect to WiFi. Video tells you to go to home page settings and connect to WiFi. There is not settings on home page. Contacted sellers and not help or advise given avoid

If I could give this app zero stars I would. It doesn’t allow me to even set up my heaters and there is no app help support whatever or even a number to call in the Uk on the website. Awful awful awful

This version of the app is cluttered compared to the previous version. Although it is supposedly compatible with iPad the delay function does not work on iPad, always defaulting to 24 hours. It does work on iPhone. Trying to switch a heater on sometimes results in “reached” and then the heater switches off again. Similarly, switching off frequently takes several attempts. This app needs a major overhaul or to revert to the previous version. We use these heaters in a second property and the unreliability of the app is a serious drawback.

I wonder where the option would come to switch it on using other home automation apps , Or link to IFTTT . Thanks

Really disappointing app.. serves its purpose but really needs a UI overhaul and integration with modern smart home services. Simply by letting us adjust timers per minute rather than hours would save so much energy and the planet...

Works well however the icons are very hard to see and too small. Needs a rethink

No real improvements for years. UI needs improving as icons are too small and temp schedule slow to set. Also what happened to the Alexa support.
