We believe being organized is easy and everyone can do it.
Our philosophy is clear: simple *stays* organized. If you want an organization system that will last, you need something easy for you to implement and continue using for years to come.
For simplicity, nothing beats a piece of paper – except a piece of paper that can be magically accessed by you from anywhere.
So that’s what TeuxDeux is: simple, syncing paper.
We know people probably love the meditative nature of throwing away a part of a tree, but we sync everywhere so you can't lose us.
Keeping organization simple with our digital planner will bring you:
**GREATER PRODUCTIVITY**
*We're the most refreshing task manager in a sea of Red Bull and Monster Drink cans.*

TeuxDeux Daily Checklist To Do Reviews
Only a Trial???
I got the app based on a recommendation. I was excited to use it and started adding in my to do lists for the month. I then got an email saying that I’ve signed up for a trial I didn’t sign up for. I don’t want to pay for a to do list no matter how helpful it may be. I have 7 days before it gives me a plan selection so hopefully the free option if there is one is good enough.
A great app
An unbelievable yet simple app ..I really enjoy it
stress-free organization
it’s simple and intuitive. love how you can make different lists. it’s a checklist — no pressure, no stress
Just hosted a perfect wedding thanks to TeuxDeux
I’m a busy mom of 7. One of my daughters got married on December 27th. As I write this she’s still on her honeymoon. The mother of the groom, who is also my best friend, and I handle most of the planning. I used TeuxDeux for every thing. I would brain dump, put links to dresses I found for me, list after list of things “ to do” and it was so satisfying to see them get checked off. People who were also helping would say, Caroline, write this down in your fancy list thingy!!Ha!! Another friend actually purchased the app. There was NOTHING forgotten. NOTHING!!!
I bought it in November, and there is a learning curve. I’m 52, so I get technology, but I’m still kinda old. The tutorials helped. Thanks for a great product. I heard about it through my favorite declutterer Dawn Madsen of the Minimal Mom.
Best planning app
I have tried so many apps for checklist TO DO and so far this is the best
The only organization app you need
It’s so simple and easy to use! There’s a lot of flexibility with the ability to add less and heading and subheadings. The simple view makes it so easy. I love how things transfer from one day to the next. I love how you can have reoccurring things. I keep everything here and it has been a life changer. I pay for the desktop version too.
Where have you been??
I heard about this app from Dawn the Minimal Mom. Wow! This is the app I’ve been searching for! A mix between a to do app and a calendar, and the ability to organize all my very complicated thoughts!
I’ve been on a mission to find the perfect organization system for years. I’ve used Erin Condren, Franklin Covey, Happy Planner, Evernote, Onenote, Apple Notes and Calendar (2separate apps that I was hoping they’d consolidate, but that will never happen). I’ve created my own planner pages with all these boxes for categories. I’ve bought the stickers, the stamps, all the things trying to make something work.
And there you were. Hiding out in cyberspace somewhere. I can’t help but feeling a bit sad that I could have found you many years ago, saving myself from all the trial and error.
I have just a couple of requests. I love to color code, please add more color options (currently only 4). Also, if you add a month view similar to the weekly (showing the tasks). I know about the monthly date picker. I mean like at the bottom, where we can pick 1 3 5 7, please add a monthly view
Best app for those with paper notes all over!
This is my second day on the one week free (no credit card) trial and I love this app!! It has the space to add all those little notes of to do things that you may have scattered on your desk, in your laptop bag and pinned on the fridge! If you make notes in a certain color on paper so you will remember things… this app is for you! I get lost in my mobile device calendar as there is no spot to put those ideas that you think of when driving or in the shower… they may be on a certain date but pain to find it. This has categories (like brain dump) below the calendar and you can move them up onto certain dates to accomplish. I just sat for an hour and added the notes/tasks written haphazardly on four pages of printer paper and I am so satisfied. Now I can see everything and organize into the proper category and even put sub-tasks under tasks. You can even color code if you want. I will likely buy the app as already I have it on my iPad and phone and it has helped me three times today! I love that you can move the tasks easily from the category below to an actual date without retyping… oh and did I mention the check boxes for completed tasks? And the uncompleted tasks can easily be moved to the next day or to some other calendar date you choose. I love paper planners but hate re-writing everything to the next day… I know I will still take paper notes, but feel very excited to find an electronic organizer that works with the way my brain works! I love the name- so clever-TeuxDeux!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
It’s a good one
Nice app. They are improving and updating more often so that’s a good thing. I enjoy using it for the most part. I wish they would bring back the Timeline view to iOS. That was quite useful.
Quite possibly the only thing that will get me to stop scribbling on scrap paper
The automatic rollover to tomorrow is a game changer. No more writing and re-writing and re-writing notes! I love the horizontal layout of the Someday section in a world where most layouts are organized vertically. This is EXACTLY what my brain has been searching for for quite some time.
