I am a season-ticket holder and every week. I practically have to delete and re-download the app because when you go into it to manage tickets or whatever it just goes to a blank screen. So I’ve gotten into the habit of moving my tickets to Apple wallet, simply because this app does not function well, or even when you show up to the arena often times the app will not work and I had to go to the box office to get printed tickets. I have met other ticket holders, who say the same thing that they add the tickets to their Apple wallet, because the app does not function well. most of the time the issues will happen on the day of the games, but the rest of the week you’ll be able to access the app just fine.

This is a follow-up to my last review. They removed the Tap To Enter Screen. Thank You! That alone is worth a star. Overall, the app works well now. My only complaint is that league stats for players is no longer visible as it was in last seasons app version. This would be a nice feature to add back.

This app does not want to load You guys really need to step up your game on this. I’m taking it off and trying next year after your app developer goes to school

Tap to enter screen loads, once you tap the screen it just goes to a black screen

Please fix this bug.

I tried using the app to add tickets to my wallet to save on the nuisance of printing out tickets. I spent 15 minutes before i gave up and printed them out. What a poorly developed app

Good team! bad app! This is basically just a wrapper for mobile web - pretty much useless.

Gray text on a grey background does no work you can't read anything so why use it.

Great app!! Always handy to have them at the click of an app!

Though it's obviously very specific to a single AHL team, it's nonetheless an absolute essential to any local Stars fan who wants to keep up with their team. Kudos to the developers for coming out with an app that I highly recommend.
