App is too slow when opened, i just want to able or disable my alarm, not wait for unnecessary animations to play out. It also logs me out regually so i have to log back in with email and password before i can input my additional pass code before i can disable the alarm! its really tedious. I cant recommend the app at all, my best advice is to buy a different brand and make sure you read the reviews first, i wish i had before spending so much money on this alarm.

The app is lagging and seens to be failing to connect with the panel all of a sudden. Not sure if its my network, although that's working fine, or the app itself. please update the app!

To essentially arm and disarm your alarm, this application just about works but it very slow and laggy. Every night before bed I am awaiting it’s little laggy circles to do their thing so I can arm the alarm. It also requires a PIN every time, face recognition?

The app is mostly functional when it works. It stopped all notifications until I deleted and reloaded the app. A CarPlay app would a great addition for setting and disabling the alarm.

Set up new alarm system no issues so far.

Have used Texecom elite for a few years. The app is broadly useless. It often mixes up contact sensors with PIRs even if set correctly on the system. In edition it notifies you when there’s a fault but does t tell you what the fault is…they are way behind the other alarm app providers.

Very pleased with the app in general does exactly what I expected my only issue is I have two sites both elite premier systems my own and my mother in laws due to her age I monitor her system the problem is that I only receive notifications from the system I am log onto so if one of the systems develops a fault I do not receive a notification if I am log onto the second system I can swap between the two no problem by logging on/off but no notifications from the system I am not logged onto is there anyway round this many thanks

Used to be able to log in with Face ID Then when the latest update came out it’s no longer an option. Even though it was supposed to be one of the main points in the latest update. The options is even in the app settings to allow Face ID to be used or not for the app.

Why the ever-loving hell would I want to send information about my use of my home security system to you? Stop asking. It’s creepy.

This app is as brittle as people have stated, please can you tell me why, all of a sudden, my login to the app isn’t recognised!?? I have deleted and restarted the app, but still no joy!!
