HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time!
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Calls are choppy, you can BARELY hear the person on the other end, and they are ALWAYS complaining about “echoing” on the line! Using an iPhone 16 Pro with the latest firmware update absolutely ZERO excuse for this! Text Now is a much, much better app that actually works! This trash app isn’t even worth free because of all the headaches it causes!
Can’t get verification codes or make outgoing calls
No matter how much I talk to customer service they can’t fix the issue. I can get incoming calls but not makin outgoing calls. Verification codes send me into an infinite loop of telling me to subscribe, I restore my purchase, go back and it sends me back to a screen telling me to subscribe.
Bad sometimes
Calls constantly get dropped inconsistent
Just downloaded less than two hours ago and I’m already on a outbound message Pause?
I honestly don’t understand what I did wrong. I downloaded the app, made my account, picked my number and everything was going great. Then all of a sudden, I tried sending a message to one of my friends and got the pop-up alert that my outbound messages were temporarily on pause. When I clicked the learn more button, it took me to their help centre where an article popped up about violating some sort of usage term or something. I honestly don’t understand what I did wrong, I was only able to send like three messages before it started giving me the pop-up. And I don’t know how to fix it?

So all of a sudden I can’t have an account. Won’t say why and that they can’t help! Ridiculous!
Intrusive ads
Intrusive ads don’t close, and the gaming ads are worse, you should at least be able to close them, I know the ads support text free, but at least make them so you can close them.
Stupid scam
I used the number and when I was verifying my account got hit with $10 fee for 1 text. That should have been stated beforehand. It messed up my account because I couldn’t use this stupid number.
