It did not work at all. i upgraded the acount but no number assigned. cannot send or receive text. please refund the amount.

I wanted to use this to receive SMS from anywhere but when I send to my other number it is received as coming from a shared number (info?). Also cannot be used for registration of web accounts. I want my money back but apparently this purchase is not eligible for a refund.
