Listen, if I’m anything, it’s the number one fan of Noodle Wave. I love all their food, literally. Everything is sooo good and usually always holds up to their standards. When I found out there was an app, I downloaded it immediately. However I found a few things that should be an option in the app. First: canceling orders. I have not seen an option to cancel orders in the app. Having that option for like ten minutes after placing orders would be great for customers who want to cancel their orders or modify it and replace their order. Second: having an option to keep items in the cart/view older placed items in the cart. I’ve accidentally closed the app a few times with my order being modified in the app and I’ve had to restart the process. Having this feature would definitely save time and effort for the customer, we can pick up whenever we left off. Third: increasing the delivery range. I am just outside the delivery range so I have to come in person to pick up orders, however increasing the range would be phenomenal. The range used to be to my house on DoorDash last year but in recent months they have reduced the range. Fourth: having an option to pay with cash. I would like the option to pay with cash if possible. Sometimes I want to place an order for someone who is picking it up and who will pay, but I don’t have their payment method to input it into the app. Yes, I could pay and get reimbursed from that person but it would be easier if a cash option was available (pay in store). These are just a few suggestions. I hope you take some, if not all, into consideration.
I accidentally ordered the food when the restaurant was closed but the app took my order. Now I’m trying to cancel my order but app does not have any options for me to cancel the order. Very inconvenient.
