90% of my time on this app is spent looking at the login screen. It locks me out after just a few minutes. There is no Face ID for quickly getting back in. The email address it requires on the initial screen wasn’t even an email input until just recently. I have an iOS keyboard shortcut to type my super long work email address by just entering a few letters. But this login input doesn’t let me use the shortcut. I must type it manually every single time. Your KPI on “time spent on login screen” is through the roof though!

Being able to see all my benefits & allowances in one place is a game changer. Really easy to use & navigate.

I find it really easy to access and update my benefits on the app. Most commonly I use it to check my balance of my allowance and upload receipts which always works really smoothly! Better than other apps I have had to use at previous companies to access my benefits

With Ben I’ve gone from not knowing what benefits my company offers to having access to manage and use my benefits and allowances anywhere. Nicely designed and super easy to use too - receipt upload is seamless

Been using this app for about a year now and absolutely love it, it has all my companies benefits and policies in one place but best of all are the cards, love having the freedom to spend my allowance on what I want. New updates around AI look pretty smart too!!

Didn’t realise what I was entitled to before we started using the Ben app. Now I’m using more of what’s available! Very easy to navigate

The UX on this app feels all off. I almost don’t want to spend the money work give me! It’s hard to tell if my work or Ben is to blame. I’ve also had an issue where the card is being refunded but no way of flagging this and very slow support. This should be simple but feels they’re trying to re-invent the wheel

Please introduce this because you are only able to transfer via the web and you don’t even allow us to login to the web via our phones anymore. So frustrating
