Thanksgiving Point Mobile

App needs to offer option to remain logged in.

Delete the app and just give your ID at the attraction. You have to show ID anyway even if they scan your pass member bar code within the app. I’ve never needed a reservation to visit any of the attractions. Everything else in the app can be found on their website.

The app does the job that is for sure. It is a pretty basic design, nothing special. I keep getting logged out so when I go to show my tickets I have to re log it which is annoying. I also hate the way I have to get redirected to get tickets. It seems like such a process to be redirected, choose the date, then the time, put it in the cart, and checkout. Also an option to cancel would be nice

This app has come a long way. It’s now very easy to use. All the useful information is easy to find.

A great app and it’s so awesome to work with. It really is worth getting it!

Would love it if you could make the season pass Apple Wallet compatible!

Went to Luminaria with our family. The had the best time. We moved to Utah from California last march. We’ve been to several Christmas light events and really thought yours outshine others we’ve been too. The artistry and thought behind the scenes was so good. We all have it a thumbs up. Glad we did the earliest entry. Looking forward to taking more friends and family year. Thank you Thanksgiving Point for an illuminating evening.

Keeps sending me notifications to play Thanksgiving Wordle with no way to opt out of those while keeping important notifications on.

Probably a 4 star app but upping my review to balance the 1 star review complaining it’s impossible to use because of fonts, etc. It works just fine and the UI is functional. I use it to book tickets as a member and have them ready to scan.

Font colors and background make it almost impossible to use.
