＊立体視とは、視力回復に効果があると言われているステレオグラムのことです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
1.毎日の視力回復トレーニングのため
長時間の目の使用は視力の低下につながります。息抜きも兼ねて自分で作成した立体視を見ることで、目の疲れを少しでも和らげましょう。
2.家族や友達に送るメッセージ
普段チャットでやりとりしづらいメッセージを立体視の中に込めて、送ってみるのはいかがでしょうか。
