This app reports correct recovery information that had us waiting in sub zero temp for 4hrs when in reality we could have taken alternative action. AA help ended up telling us to ignore the update notifications confirming they were wrong!
Car data gets corrupted
This app keeps getting the mot and tax dates wrong for my cars , it’s right when you initially add the vehicle but 6 months later the MOT or tax date has changed , I have to delete the vehicle and re add it

Disgusted with the way and times the first part of are journey was fine apart from driver had to take breaks throughout are breakdown then in the cold with six disabled waited over two hours for are next journey then next part was the best part we arrived at are destination 13 hours from breakdown all was needed was a fan belt all was needed taken to a safe place arrange for a aa Macanick to fit it takes about a hour ? I was disgusted with the way we were forgotten in the cold and disability

Worst driving school
The worst Driving School ever as they don’t inform you about the terms and conditions before. I have tried to book the driving lesson on 28/11/24 (Thursday ) for next week 5/12/24 ( Thursday) on website. The Instructor Richard informed me on 29/11/24 which is Friday Night around 21:00 pm that you have booked two lessons one for Monday which is on 2/12/24 and Thursday 5/12/24 which I haven’t book when I tried to check the website, I can’t login due to some reason. But unfortunately due to some personal reason ( My grandfather passed away on (Friday night ) and I was not mentally prepared to face anyone as being away from home, I was traumatised but still manage to inform my Instructor on Sunday (1/12/24) even after having the worst night of my life but he said he can’t cancel the lesson. So I tried to call their helpline number but they didn’t respond so I called their Breakdown department, they told me that they can’t help me but took my information but when I spoke to the company they were not helpful at all and charged me £62 for a lesson which I never took as they keep telling me our policy is that you need to inform 48 hours before which was not mentioned me before and i was not even able to open their policy on website. There is no humanity left, already being through my worst nightmare by not being with my family during the worst time and being charged a massive amount of £62 without even taking lesson.

I rarely have problems with my car but when I do the AA is very helpful and sorts the problem
