Whenever I load up the game I just get a black screen that never loads already redownloaded it and powered phone off and on

I have been playing for a bit now, and I would think I should get some VIP perks(not many just some) for playing so long. NO! Only when u spend money! Just because a game has many different events does not make it a good game. Lots of these events r so pointless just gets u to spend more money. Make the daily grind shorter and beter! Collecting good heros is hard witch I like. Or!!!!!!!!! U could spend money get them all. Just no!

Constant updates and great views.

They don’t delete game data, people didn’t read the notice which said to email devs for account recovery. Constantly being updated. Needs more end-game past level 200.

Garbage

Game just deleted all my progress and purchases.

Unfair policy

U play for a while, then the creators just put a bug in the game and u lose all the data , then u need to restart and pay extra for the same and spend time to get the same, waste of time to play the game even with the good graphics

Can’t get into my account

I had allot, but once I deleted the game and re downloaded it… everything I had disappeared. After I tried logging in it instead puts my new account as my old account. So I can’t get any of my things back

Add more animations and hire voice actors

Incredible and unfortunate tbh

I love the game and animations…. But unfortunately the last few days I’ve tried to log in it hits the loading screen and goes completely black and nothing happens or it just boots me out… maybe needs a bug fix or something PLEASE!!

A big freezing problem that needs to be fixed

Good game, BUT It keeps freezing and making me start from scratch‼️
