They cheated me 552 rupees,I ordered two almond milk soap but they delivered some she juice.They declined to refund me money ,don’t ever book items through this app be aware of this frauds
Poor iOS app
Of the payment fails there is no option of retrying the payment. I need to place another order by adding all the items again.

Worst IT support and hidden terms in membership
There seems to be only 1 chat executive as for 2 days it was the same executive with whom I was dealing with. They have hidden terms in membership which they will tell you after you are done paying them. The need more than 24 hours to issue coupons and then also none of the coupons they supplied works. Finally they blindly relate this to backend team issue and ask you to wait. Their products might be good but the online experience is pathetic & painful. Just putting an app on App Store doesn’t make them a great company. Improve the customer experience, have a better operation management and then come to App Store. My opinion is this app should be delisted from App Store due to quality issues.
The body shop app bugs
Am super excited to have that the body shop app. But there are still some bugs. My orders can’t be viewed. They always say ‘some problem occurred’ so that I can’t view my orders and also the points. I hope this will fix soon. Thank you

Good to see the app finally now its too easier to find your perfect Skincare range which is also pure vegan, dermatologist tested last 4 years I'm using some products, like body butter British rose its truly helps to nourish and the smells like amazing. Do and check more mesmerising range from the body shop.

The quality of the product are amazing I particularly like the lip cheek tint all the make up product they are natural very light and it last long I highly recommend the makeup products😍😍😍
