The Body Shop Jeddah

I downloaded this in the uk thinking it would be an easier way to find products and if there not one part that is for England and not even an shop it’s lots of different language with links to them. This is an joke and an personal waste of time.

What an absolute joke !. This is the second Body Shop app that I’ve downloaded and had to uninstall in seconds because none of it is in English.

This is an absolute joke!! I live in England and have downloaded an app which is for Saudi Arabia! This app is pointless and won’t work in our country. Yes, you can change the language to English but you can’t order anything as the currency is not English and you won’t be able to select an English address for goods to be sent too. Can’t believe there is not an English version of this? Will just have to stick to buying my products from Boots!

I have tried to download the app 3 times and I keep getting it in Arabic when I click Uk. Please can you fix this as I love your shops but are not always able to get to one. Thank you

Why is it all Arabic stuff ? I’m in the Uk Great Britain!

بطئ مرره وصعب شوي بلاستخدام يحتاج تحديثات وشغل عليه سى ما انصح بتحميله

والله توي طلبت وانتبهت انه فيه اصدار جديد وندمت اشد الندم لان دفعت فلوس😅😅😅😅 اتمنى حقي مايضيع وتوصلني طلبيتي بأسرع وقت

التطبيق جداً سيئ وان شاءالله يتطور اكثر ويوصل لمراحل احسن مو هالمستوى ويكون اسعارهم احسن كمان

والله انا جيت ادفع وعيني وقعت ع التعليقات اغلبها سلبي والتقييم عموما مش مشجمع فما عارفه هل تحسنت الخدمة ؟ ولا اخدها من قاصرها ؟
