Using the App, you can instantly view your accounts transactions, change your card’s PIN code, make finance payments, manage your deposits, and even open a new account or a fixed deposit.

Send and receive money anywhere and anytime

Transfer money to any place in the world using normal bank transfers or Western Union. You can also send money to any holder of a Kuwaiti Civil ID and receive payments instantly from any holder of a Kuwaiti debit card simply by sharing a payment link with them.

Withdraw cash without using your card

The cardless withdrawal service is available at all Boubyan ATMs throughout Kuwait. Set the amount through the App and pick it up at the ATM.

التحديث الأخير جدا سيء وفيه تعقيد عكس القديم اللي كان واضح وسهل

أونس وأشطر تطبيق ومعاملات

أحب استخدمه اكثر من اي تطبيق ثاني؛ حتى لو تطبيق متابعة افلام مثلاً.. ومساعد جد جد رائع ساعدني على اغلب الامور وبسرعه لاني مثلاً استعبط عليه اكلمه كويتي بحت واحن على نفس الامر هوا له كيان متصل بتصوري لتطبيق بنكي؛ يعني اول شي اكلمه، وبالبيت مع الوالد اقوله مثلا "كلمت مساعد قالي جذي" 😅 واذا مساعد ما فهمني او درى اني ابي عميل على طول يدقون علي خدمة العملاء؛ مريم أكثر من مرة تساعدني وتشرحلي بكل احترافية ودقة "بارك الله فيها" وهم مرة كنت مسافرة اسبانيا وبطاقتي ما اشتغلت، كلمت مساعد وما توقعت احد بيدق علي، دقيقة وحده بس جان يدقون علي مكالمة دولية وحلوا موضوعي… ما اتخيل انه يكون عندي تطبيق بنكي ثاني الاهتمام ما يخليك تلتفت او حتى تفكر انك تعتمد على تطبيق بنكي ثاني حرص واضح واخلاص للعميل من قبل العاملين فيه وهذا فضل من بعد الله سبحانه؛ و مثلاً استاذ محمد في فرع جمعية الحرس الرقعي "ابو فاطمة" اللي اتصل من بعد تخرجي الجامعه وتابع معاي بسرعه لطيفة وجانا لي البيت وغير بطاقتي من طالب إلى بطاقة حساب الراتب… صراحة باختصار بنك بوبيان يمثل كل ما اهوا كويتي، أي انه يحوفك ويفهمك ويعرف تفاصيل احتياجاتك وكيف يتابعك ويحافظ على حساباتك المصرفية بشكل احترافي وجذاب بارك الله فيكم جميعاً دانه سالم الغضوري

Boubyan Classic is beautiful, sleek and efficient

As a longterm boubyan customer, I’ve always appreciated how the app’s simplicity and intuitiveness make it so easy to use and navigate. Having tried out other banks I have to say that I had definitely taken for granted how Boubyan was truly ahead of its time in making mobile banking so convenient. There can always be some minor improvements in terms of readability and navigation; sometimes I find it hard to find which card I’m looking for on the home page, perhaps some theme or image of the card would really help to navigate to a specific card at a glance. However, as it is it’s extremely intuitive and simple to navigate. I really appreciate the card and accounts pages for making it so easy to do all sorts of transactions. My only gripe with the app which I feel like is perhaps a minor issue but makes a world of difference in terms of experience and perceived quality, as an English user of the app I’ve noticed grammatical inconsistencies in numerous parts of the app including notifications, emails and text fields which if improved would really raise the perceived quality on the user’s end. I think stricter quality assurance on that would go a long way. However it is quite insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Beautiful app and really applaud the designers and developers for being at the forefront of Kuwait’s mobile banking experience!
