The Bulletin Reviews

As of 5/2021, the updates they’ve made to their site have made it harder to use the app. I pay each month to access the Bulletin on-line, and am getting ready to cancel my subscription altogether, just because of their recent updates. Can no longer use “markup” with my Apple Pencil to fill out the daily crossword (so have to waste paper daily), whereas before the updates it was such a nice thing to be able to do. It randomly asks us to sign back in, and no matter how many times you enter the info correctly, it rejects your login. Just bad coding, sloppy programming and little testing. Seriously?

App pretty terrible on iPad mini

Recent “updates” have made this app much worse on my iPad mini. It makes me log out and back in daily because I’ve read all my free stories for the month. I’m a subscriber! It still acts like I’m logged in, yet gives me this message and hides content. Today, the “pages” function in the eEdition won’t display. It randomly refreshes the eEdition and shrinks what I was reading. Swiping pages is harder than on the old app. When I click to open a story, graphics may block part of the article. I must close the app daily or it freezes (maybe the last update fixed this, but now I’m trained to close it). It sometimes won’t open a story from eEdition by tapping it.

Never never never

With a digital edition I never have to search for a wet newspaper, never wait for delivery in bad weather, never have to wait for others to finish reading a section, never have to put on hold for traveling because I can read just about anywhere. Probably never go back to getting a print paper!

So disappointed. Can’t print the puzzles on the new version. They come out too blurry to read.

Updated app is horrible!

What happened to “index” feature allowing to highlight and read the article? Now I have to resize the page, move around to read, total pain.

The Bulletin E-Edition

I’ve been using the E-Edition for several weeks finding it easy to use and accessible 7X24. Best feature is past issues are available to review. The Bulletin E-Edition is the Best!

Love the printed edition and the e-edition

Almost like a paper paper

On an iPad, the Bulletin reads like the paper version but without the need to walk to the street to get it.

Great for when we are on the road

It’s nice to be able to keep up with things when we are traveling.
