Useless app and useless customer service
I would have given 0 if it allowed. Purchased an epftos digital gift card. Had done previously as well. Unable to add the card on apple wallet so was swapped for a digital master card. Bear in mind that i had purchased digital master card which was cancelled so thought will order efptos card again and will try if not then they will swap. But the agent i spoke was rude and condescending advising if it had not worked previously, i should have never purchased it again. What sort of customer service is that? I would have immediately agreed to a refund if asked properly. I understand visa/master card charges would have been $7-$8 more from what I paid for an epftos card but it’s your card that you are selling is not working. It okay if you cannot swap it I understand it might be your terms and conditions and you might have done it as a gesture of goodwill. The customer does not need to always right but as a business and a merchant if your product/service does not work as advertised then probably you need to rethink where the fault is at? 100% complaints here are the same. This is not the compatibility issue with the device but the card that you are selling. Raised a complaint just as was dissatisfied with the poor customer experience. Guess what? TCN has now blocked my email and rejected the complaint raised. Refunds are always not the solution, refund takes time and customer are already in loss of the order amount in their bank account and their time to get hold to fix the issue. Please fix the app and card you have and selling and also fix your customer service instead of defending the issues raise. Bitter experience!
