Can’t ever get onto my classes and is in a constant state of loading so I have to call. About time this gets fixed.
It keeps logging me out and the latest update which says offers 7 day booking is still only giving the 4 day option
Every time I try to book a class I have to delete and reinstall so I can use. It has been going on for months and really needs to be sorted as I sometimes end up missing out on booking a class as it is full by the time I have completed the above.
Suddenly the online classes have disappeared from the app!
Constantly asking for authentication on iPad so takes longer to use than it should.
Cannot believe how many times this App has crashed. Happened again yesterday and still not working. Do I really have to uninstall again?????
Stopped working on my iPhone 12. Would open but not show classes. Rebooted phone, deleted app c3 and reinstalled. Now won’t open 😥
This app doesn’t load any classes and it’s very slow and frustrating. What a shame as the club’s are lovely.
Ability to view and book my own (adult full member) classes is fine, but childrens classes and bookings do not appear on the app despite deleting and reinstalling plus checking membership settings with my club. Apparently other members have same issue
