I haven’t been able to view content on this app for months. The site loads a blank page. I can go to the menu and load articles and it shows the title even the comments but doesn’t show the actual article. As great as the comments are, I can get that on Facebook. I think I’ve waited long enough. I hoped it would get fixed, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. I’m deleting.

...even after I paid something like $42 in December 2019. Good luck getting customer service. Bye, Cracked. You were once a friend.

App has suddenly stopped working

I can no longer read articles, the app frequently closes, but hey.....at least I can still see the ads.

Love the content, hate the app

It quits unexpectedly (A LOT) and sometimes doesn’t refresh articles for a long time. Please fix the bugs- it is impossible to enjoy as is

A mess

Yes, the articles are mostly engaging and suit my attention deficit mindset but rarely do the pictures accompanying the article manifest. The captions to unseen pictures have been unintelligibly stacked on top of each other for years. Why this mess continues is a mystery. I wouldn’t think that cracked would endeavor to offer me this unprofessional mish mash of glitches yet it continues unabated. The latest malfunction—now the articles aren’t even showing up. I’ve never encountered ANYTHING this lousy and pathetic. Update: the app is now refusing to load the images. It’s if it’s slowly disappearing from my phone lol. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse

Broken!

Over the past few months things just stopped working. First it was the captions, then the headers, and then the images. Now the articles won’t even load, and I’m definitely not going on their ad-infested website. Guess I have to look elsewhere for quick reads.
