8 week Challenge
I am doing an 8 week challenge - the instructor is brilliant - so much variety - the challenge includes daily goals, a FB group, meal planning - a group chat and a system to gather points to see how far you achieved what you planned at the onset of the challenge - that always motivates me :) I haven’t dived into the rest of the APP but see there is a number of workouts to do - give it a go and at such a reasonable price - ❤️ You can subscribe for a month or longer - up to a year - go on try it :) All workouts can be dine at home with a few dumbbells, a step, a few bands - give it a go :)
