This app is for users of The Customer Factor who are looking for an easy way to schedule, view, and edit appointments. Each appointment is connected to google maps and apple maps making navigation from appointment to appointment a breeze. You can also create/email/print estimates and invoices and mark invoices as paid.
We're always adding new features to the app. Some recent feature releases include a signature feature where you can capture signatures, a photo feature giving you a way to easily take photos from within the app or upload photos from your phone, a completely searchable database, credit card processing, an "I'm on the way" text messaging feature, discount options, ability to email general emails (with or w/o attachments) to your prospects and customers and much more. Plus we have a time tracking feature and a clock in/clock out feature available!

Everyone looks for the best CRM. They all have their gods and bad points. There is no perfect CRM. This one is constantly improving , the customer service is top notch, I have been using it for 10 years. It runs my business of 9 employees just great.

Fix The Bug Please

Since doing the new update, I get logged out at random and can’t log back in. Sometimes once I am able to log back in, it’s a completely different version and I can’t see any of my appointments.

I have been a customer and have loved using this. Steve was so great to work with. Until he quit us. I have emailed 7-10 times, called 15 plus times, since AUGUST and no response! I don’t understand. I just don’t understand at all. I don’t understand. I need help and nobody there to do.

This app, while not perfect, is an incredible value to me and my service business (Pressure Washing). It has allowed me to grow from owner/operator to running multiple crews with a supervisor. So much thought has been put into creating this app and it’s interface. Well worth the money and if there’s something you don’t understand, they will walk you through it….the owner / creator of this software often answers the phone himself and ALWAYS takes the time to make sure you understand how to use the App / Software and that you’re getting the most out of it! How’s that for customer service?

Since the update you can’t just easily click and upload photos. If you take multiple pictures while in the app you can as long as you select the option to use the camera while in app. I don’t always do that option because I have to put notes in the app while taking pics for my job. I have had to tap the upper section when trying to upload and watch it add more pics that are not needed for the job I’m looking at. After multiple taps it will finally upload the selected pics from camera roll on my phone.

As someone else mentioned, I have no clue why this app is pushed so hard on Facebook contractor groups. I got this app when I was first starting out and didn’t know any better, and it felt like I was using a cheaply designed 30-year-old computer program. Many features didn’t work properly, or at all, and I found that I got to actually use 50% or less of the features sold to me when I signed up. It’s a pain to use compared to other programs, especially considering what this guy tries to charge- for reference, I now use a $4/month invoicing app that integrates with my payment processor and a free calendar app and I’m infinitely happier than I was paying $50/month for this, and both of them combined have as many useful features as The Customer Factor and give more professional results. I can type out and send an estimate or invoice in 2-3 minutes now compared to 15+ on this clunky garbage. To cap off my experience with a less-than-mediocre, overpriced app, when I finally decided to cancel and emailed TCF, the customer service was terrible and the guy who owns the app was extremely rude and waited until I was billed an extra month to cancel for me then immediately deleted my account even though I was charged for the month. Pretty terrible experience from top to bottom, there are free apps that are better than this and you won’t have to deal with the ridiculous cancellation process if you decide the app isn’t for you.

If I could leave this company 0 stars I would do so without remorse. I’m honestly not sure why so many contractors are satisfied with them or their product. I signed up for a year and after 3 days I realized how much I hated it. I felt like I was using Window ‘95 or worse. It’s so clunky and not user friendly. I emailed them and said I didn’t feel it was a great fit for me and got absolutely berated in the response email by Regina— Here are some direct quotes from the email:“You obviously had no idea what you had at your fingertips.” & “There is flat out nothing out there that offers as much value as we do. Nothing.” & then proceeds to say, “We don’t allow anyone to sign up again if they ask for a refund so best of luck in future endeavors.” — Just a heads up to anyone out there that’s thinking about signing up for them. They don’t offer a trial period. The will refund your money like they say but they will try to make you feel like scum for not valuing their product the way they do. Look elsewhere.
