I am a real estate agent and writing contracts all the time. This tool makes it so easy to calculate all the dates that go in various fields.
Clunky performance
Ads make it too prohibitive to use.
Works
So, this works well. The ads were so irritating that I payed for it. And now, I get asked on the regular to DONATE to the app. Do not buy this app. SO not worth the aggravation.
Makes Life Easy
Figuring days for financial docs is not easy, but this tool is the answer. It’s a great way to check on loan interest.
