Description
From dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), the Dime Game is a valuable skill that can help decide how strongly to ask for something, or how strongly to say no to something.
It works by first asking questions in 10 different categories: Capability, Priorities, Self-respect, Rights, Authority, Relationship, Goals, Give and take, Homework, and Timing.
Each Yes/No answer, or dime, is then counted and an answer provided based on the resulting total.

Brilliant!
The dime game is a great DBT tool but honestly the most complex one to use and super hard to switch between request and asks. This makes it so easy and I love that it gives you the right intensity to the answer. I am so glad I looked before building one myself. (My only nerd suggestion is that the swipe pages should be modal tabs with icons accessed at the bottom of the app.) Please do the other skills too: set priorities/DEAR MAN/FAST/GIVE

if u have an enlarged font size you can’t use this app- so it’s not accessible. do not download terrible app
