Favorite Hotel in the US
This was our Fifth time to the Don Cesar. Always had a great experience and today the first time our room was late and they compensated us for free drinks and appetizers and the room was 40 minutes late. During this time we were given a free tour by Amy who was excellent and very knowledgeable about the history of this hotel. Afterwards we were in the pool enjoying ourselves and we got a call our room was ready. Food was always excellent, quick and all the staff was professional and saying hello which is how it should be. The quartz sand I found on the beach fascinating the keep the heat from the sun minimal. I always thought the staff were lucky to work here since one of they said it was a dream to work here.
