Really only paying for adds

I enjoy reading the Examiner everyday.

In the months before the app upgrade I was seriously considering not renewing my digital subscription due to the frequency of the app failing to load the daily paper, particularly when there were many pages. It usually stopped downloading or failed to connect to the server by the time it got to the Public Announcements or Sports sections. Although there has been some improvement since the latest version of the app, today the paper will not “connect to server” past Page 4 and I am definitely not getting my money’s worth with this digital sub! I have tried at different times of the day with no luck. I have full bars of wifi so the issue is not with my inner city residence. Please get this sorted!!!

I would like to open up the paper and search for a page, there are some options but usually after the first page I look at the births, deaths etc but can’t find them at all. I can’t find a search button. I would like to open up the paper and swipe across to each new page just like a pepper version. I’m not very happy with this new idea. Margaret Burgess Ulverstone

The single page is hard to adjust to read. The old way was much better. The paper doesn’t flow as it used to. Not impressed at all.

App used to download “today’s edition” … now page by page and ugly format

Just a poor upgrade. Slower & layout is now confusing, not logical or easy to use

Not loving the new app. It may get better as we become more familiar with it.

Prefer the old way to download and view.

Definitely not an improvement, needs to be condensed in ‘latest news’ section, & does not seem to be updating, the ‘daily paper’ section is frustrating with individual pages, much prefer previous set up
