Although the resort was beautiful .. the beaches were full of seaweed .. I thought maybe it was normal til the resorts on both sides were combing up the seaweed with landscape rakes and disposing of it .. if your going to claim you're one of the top resorts and expect people to pay top notch prices.. then be top notch!

Listen if you want to stay here or book your hotel here, don’t. I will be making sure that every single Google search for this app from here on out is terrible. That’s how mistreated i was. And not only me, i had multiple folks in my wedding group be stuck without rooms on check in, be promised rooms they weren’t given, overcharged and under delivered. I want this hotel to know the rudeness they showed me in front of my girlfriend while me trying to be understanding they misplaced information will not be tolerated. I will not stop unless i am compensated for my time & being double charged for my room (which i was happy to pay while They looked into it). This comment will be my warning & my vengeance - looking at you David & Erik.

Forcing us to use this app has really cheapened the experience at Excellence resorts. I come here to unplug, not to sit at a nice restaurant with a PHONE in my hand. I know that some people like using their phones for everything, but some of us would rather leave the phones in the room and browse a REAL menu. Until paper menus are made available to those of us who don't want to carry our phones, I will not be returning. It's so sad that they did this.

This app includes all the menus at the resort but you cannot trust the labeling. The labeled gluten free wrap on the room service menu has a flour tortilla… a plant-based vegan appetizer from the Mexican restaurant has milk in it… it’s all really unacceptable. Anyone with food allergies should not trust anything on this app. I became very sick because of this.

I cannot get past the stage of linking my room to my account. I’m not going to be able to set reservations for dinner now 😪

I can sign into the website with my username and password, however when I try to sign in on the app says my username and password combination is wrong! I know it isn’t wrong!!!

Helpful app when I see it on my husbands phone. Won’t download on my iPhone. Restaurants have no menus outside of the app so it’s been frustrating to say the least

Less than a day into the trip and nothing shows, no images, no menus and no maps. Disappointing.

Kirby is the best! He is always smiling! He takes our drink orders and delivers them promptly! He is an amazing worker and now our friend❤️ Thank you Kirby for your excellent service!
