This App is always freezing. Had to uninstall app and download again, worked for a bit and stoppd working again. This app is not helpful at all.
They claim to be 5star but the service is 1star. Couldnt contact the lobby reception. We wanted in room dining but even the reception mobile number didnt work. At 3am we heard something explode, guessing it was the power shortage because there was no electricity. But yes we are guessing because we dont know who to call since no one would answer the phone at the lobby. Didnt feel safe. No slippers or laundry bags in the room. Took forever to check-in with everyone always asking us for our names. Tipping point was we already ate at the restaurant to buy some time for checkin. Finally when we came back to the check in counter we had our key card. Golf cart to take us to our room was not there yet so we had to wait even more. Then when we approached the counter to followup and i was holding my key card. The receptionist said yes mam? For checkin? WHAT DO YOU MEAN. I already have my key card weve been waiting forever to be transferred to our hotel room. How can you score 5star? When they are not even attentive and paying attention to details. Also Cant swim pools are too cold. Food is so expensive and not good. Bugs and insects. At 430am the lights in our room sparked. But who do we call? No one! Cause no one answers our call THIS IS BASIC HOW CAN YOU CLAIM TO BE 5STAR. So how do we feel safe. Didnt feel safe. Again we have no electricity. And really im just waiting for our TV to explode for another power shortage over and over again throughout the night. WE ENDED UP ASKING FOR COMPLIMENTARY WATER or just water we can pay from the restaurant during our dinner for when we come back to the room we have water. The WAITER just enthusiastically says yes mam of course surely well have it delivered to your room. AND YES AGAIN NO ONE CAME. And again no one to call and followup. As i write this i encountered an article that confirms all our experiences. Attached is the article and it is 100percent accurate. Please stop claiming to be 5 star. And tell everyone there is no electricity at times and your service is poor. To be real really wanted to go home already as soon as possible but it was raining hard plus we already paid alot. I truly feel bad for those who paid even more and for those who kept posting nice things and pictures and not telling people what to truly expect from this resort.
