Was great, but What’s happened?
Been using for years without a problem but today won’t update or open up! Not always convenient to use desktop or iPad… hope it’s resolved soon.
Crashes after update can’t log in
Not the best app, quite basic
Difficult to Navigate
I gave up trying to use the app as it wouldn’t load my meals and update. I tried contacting support several times with no response. Ended up not even doing it as i found it very difficult to navigate. Disappointing. Even difficult trying to send this review as every nickname I try is used!!
Program is great but the app horrible
This is a really great program, well designed by Cyndi O’Meara and incredibly well supported by her lovely and very knowledgeable team. But both the website and app are terrible. Bad interface, awful UI and so glitchy. So, so bad. I try to use it but after 3 rounds I know that it pays to have alternate plan and not rely on this.
Slight glitch in phase 4
I think the app is fine. My only issue atm is phase 4. The iPhone keypad covers the text boxes below “Afternoon snack”, so I cant see what I’m typing in the “dinner” or “drinks” text boxes. An inconvenience. Hopefully this will be improved in a future update so I can see what I am typing.
Crashes and tells me to update
Crashes. And tells me to update and won’t let me in . I keep deleted it and setting up again I had to use the desktop computer to enter my data

I can’t open it at all!
Can’t get in
The app let me fill in my details and since then I haven’t been able to get in, I try and login and it just shuts down. I’ve reset my phone, deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it just keeps crashing and shuts down. I cant use it at all.
Crashing
This app crashes everyday, everyday I reload it and enter my details. It’s very annoying and stops you from being motivated to enter your details. It would be great if you could fix it.
