Puchased subscription, but can’t view any issues.
I paid 30 bucks for a year subscription, then nothing happened. The app will not allow me to view any issues or content. When I try to tap, it says I’ve already purchased a subscription—yeah I know. When I try to login it says “authentication failed” but there’s no option to reset the password/username or any way to figure out what’s gone wrong. This is 2017. When the app said “do you want to purchase a subscription” and I used my Apple ID, it better do something afterward...
