Bug work around
Each morning, while on my Peloton across the room, I turn on my sauna to preheat. One morning it didn’t respond…I assumed Bluetooth issue occurred. What I learned after much frustration via resetting, calls, etc. Is that when you’re in the home screen you cannot just hit start (after adjusting time, temp, lights) and have it began warming the sauna 🤷🏻♀️. The first step is to, from the home screen, select “temperature” at the bottom of the screen. This is a separate screen from the home screen where you can adjust the temperature up and down…adjust the temperature here, return to the home screen by selecting “home” at the bottom of the screen and hit start 🙄. hope this is helpful for folks.
