Have been facing this issue for a while now despite having a good internet connectivity the paper doesn’t load at peak time.it’s really annoying and needs to be fixed.

Getting black screen while opening app

Improved page visibility since last review. I hope the text to speech is improved. The text to speech on the web is more appealing than on app. on app, it is very slow and not attractive. There are many mistakes in pronunciation. I hope that is true.

Sir/madam I VALUE the content so much but your login methodology is irritating when most of the magazines , OTTs prefer sending OTP to mobile which is simple straightforward and secured for both sides. Email sending could be the added option.

I have paid for a year package and it was working good and after 5-6 months it started asking for subscription but I mailed to the customer care but not changed and right now I made monthly purchase but even this time my money was debited and again I am facing the same issue please don’t make purchase or try for a month scheme and trial it because I didn’t get any refund or no proper solution towards it

Hi I’ve been using this app for the past one month or more than that and this application is not letting me in. I can still use the web hindu e paper but I’m not able to log into my account on the application.

No data visible on the app despite having a subscription

I just paid 250 INR for the subscription but it is not yet activated. How come you have such massive bugs in your app. They are easily looting the money from common people. There is not even a customer care number to contact them, such a waste of time, to write emails to them and wait for their answers.

I just paid for the monthly subscription and yet it’s not showing on my profile???I tried to call and have emailed them.If you can then please fix it
