Love the app but app notification hell
Great shopping experience but like so many shopping apps, it’s impossible to tailor the in app notifications. I don’t want to be spammed with new promotions, ideas etc several times a day. You can’t turn notifications off in your settings as that then stops notifications about purchases, shipping etc. I’ve had to delete the app. Surely I can’t be the only person that gets frustrated with this?

Order problems
I tried placing an order for a t shirt, it wouldn’t recognise my details & it wouldn't let me reset password?? 5 times I tried to pay by PayPal till it finally worked.
A shambles
The app is as a bad as the customer service. Downloaded it after an email advertising the sale. Fancied a few bits so got stuck in, tried to add stuff to basket but got an error message. Nice one. Utter waste of time and another sorry sign that JD-owned menswear shops are utterly beyond repair.
