Josie’s app is accessible and easy to navigate. The app covers a multitude of fitness related topics to keep you motivated and keep your routine fun. She really takes a deep dive into fitness/health and has something to offer for everyone no matter the amount of time you have to devote to fitness or what level of fitness you are at. I love that she interacts with members of the app in real-time. The meals are a great help for anyone trying to eat well with flavor.
