我們提供服務的時間：THE KEY讓您掌控您的健康與生活在您的指尖上；每個會員都擁有二十四小時入館的鑰匙。您可以自行配對持有證照的教練、訂健康的午餐、並且可以依照您自己的規劃支付或暫停您的會籍。
為什麼要來這裡：到健身房運動不是與成千位會員一起如倉鼠跑滾輪般達成運動流汗的結果，我們相信好的健康是必須比補充鐵質及排汗之外，還要做得更多。您可以在頂樓的休憩區暫時休息片刻或是放鬆一下。或是在寧靜的早晨享受濃醇咖啡或午後來杯滿滿茶香的冰茶或是下班後來杯啤酒。

有關瑜珈課程候補上後，需要以App確認是否上課以排入上課名單。但iOS的App目前好像都不會通知是否排上候補，以致於看到Email通知後都過了確認時間。請改善！
