Story
Welcome to Kagami, just an average town on the outskirts
of Tokyo. Minato, his mother, and his younger sister Mirai
have stopped by to visit today.
However, Minato isn't just here for fun—he's on a secret
mission! Somewhere in this town lives his father, estranged
from his family after a hard divorce. Minato needs to find
him, because there's a lot of things his dad needs to know.
After searching high and low, Minato finally finds a clue
to his father's whereabouts. However, it seems his quest
won't be that simple, for the clue he finds is a mysterious
notebook left by his father, titled...The Seven Mysteries.
With his father's notebook as his guide, Minato sets out on
a harrowing journey. But this journey isn't through space,
no—it's one through time! To his astonishment, Minato finds
himself transported 33 years into the past, to the day his
mother and father met!
Will Minato's odyssey into the past heal his family,
change the future, and alter a tragic destiny?
The only way to find out is to accompany him on
his amazing adventure!

This is an awesome adventure. I liked the story. I hope they put part 2 sometime in future. I can’t wait. I did beat the game finding all what is missing. The game is perfect here.

Orv references?

mina8080 on

United States

I just wanna say, beautiful game. I replay a lot, and it never disappoints. And then I noticed the Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint sprinkled in there, and my weeb self went “YESSSS” (Spoilers) honestly, the white coat, the book that guides them, even TIME TRAVEL AND THE WHOLE MAGI THING- an envoy from eternity’s far shore..? A special ship…? ETERNITYYYYY- ANYWAY, wonderful game I really love it so much, I’ve been secretly hoping the devs like Orv too! (Although it might be a coincidence who knows) Also hoping for a sequel but I don’t think that’s likely anymore Thank you!

Such A Great Game!

Definitely worth the $$$, in my opinion! This is a game with great heart, well-developed characters, and an intriguing storyline. I’m not going to leave any spoilers, but the plot of the story definitely kept me guessing! It also makes me want to buy all the 80’s snacks referenced in the collectibles, lol!

Wonderful game

Great storytelling, a grand adventure made up of life's smallest moments. Well done! (Buy the VIP version - it's totally worth it)

I cried

jasasayr on

I have to bravely admit the ending made me cry, the whole game was so touching and even though I’m still young myself you could learn a lot from kids and how to be a better adult than the ones you see being rude and mean. This game was 10/10 highly recommend and I’m still crying writing this review , I hope people can take good advice from the game as well

Best Mobile Storyline Game!

I have never made a review for any other app than this one. I had to make a review because this game is amazing and I would love to see more games like this. I love games with storylines where you play as the main character, and this was one of the best ones I’ve ever played. The fact that you didn’t have to pay for any of the story? So great. The story being so unique and wonderful? The best part. Definitely recommend this app if you love storyline/simulation games.

Beautiful!

Another great game from my favorite developers, the only problem I found was that all the ads made it annoying to progress and sometimes made the app shut down but if you guys ever port this onto to steam or as a Nintendo game then that’ll be amazing

The BEST story I’ve read

thatgirlysophia on

This was absolutely beautiful. I could not put it down. It had me smiling and In tears and both at the end. It was... words Cant even describe how much I enjoyed this. THIS SHOULD 100% BE MADE INTO A BOOK!!! I would so buy and read that over and over. This story definitely took me for a ride because there was 2 times where I thought it was over and I was SO unsatisfied but a tip: stay though ALL the credits. IT KEEPS GOING! and Im SO glad it does. It was beautiful. Thank you to the creators of this.

This is a must play!

Let’s be clear: this is a story based game. You can explore and find hidden items. However, mostly you are playing a linear story. There are no “wrong” decisions as far as I can tell. The story is very touching and deals with real issues facing kids. Sure the sprites and settings are cheery looking, but the story hits on some dark subject matter. I immediately paid to get rid of ads, so I don’t know what the experience is like if you don’t pay. While it takes place in Japan, the themes are pretty universal. I won’t give away anything. Just play it if you want to experience a range of emotions.
