Vision Workout : Eye Training

Sports Vision Training

Published by: Thomson

Description

To you who want to improve sports and eSports.
It only takes 3 minutes a day. Would you like to improve your dynamic visual acuity with eye training that involves just looking?
It is also recommended for middle-aged and elderly people who are concerned about deteriorating eyesight.
ONLY 3 MINUTES OF TRAINING A DAY MAKES A DIFFERENCE FROM YOUR RIVALS!
Dynamic vision is especially important in ball games such as baseball, soccer, and tennis, martial arts such as boxing and MMA that instantly judge the opponent's movements, and eSports where judgment on a frame-by-frame basis determines victory or defeat.
THE QUALITY OF DYNAMIC VISION IS DETERMINED BY THE MUSCLES AROUND THE EYEBALLS!
Dynamic visual acuity is the ability to move the eyeballs quickly and smoothly with muscles. Therefore, it is the ability to be trained by continuing training every day no matter how old you are. However, this may not be well known. So, the sooner you start, the more you can make a difference from your rivals.
This app has four exercises that are very easy to use to train your eye muscles just by looking, and one test that allows you to test your training results in a game-like manner.
-Teleportation
Training to visually track a teleporting object.
-Zigzag
Eye exercises. Visual tracking exercises. (diagonal/DVA)
-Tile
Eye exercises. Visual tracking exercises. (vertical and horizontal/DVA)
-3D
Kinetic vision acuity Exercises.(3D/KVA)
- Flash Memory Test
A training game that tests your ability to instantly read information (instantaneous vision) and short-term memory (working memory).
You can also adjust the speed here. If you want to become a top player, try ”fast” or ”super fast”, and if you are a child or middle-aged or older, try ”normal” or ”slow”.
You may not see obvious results right away like with muscle training. However, dynamic visual acuity will definitely improve with continued training. It only takes 3 minutes a day, so please continue training.
If you feel that your dynamic visual acuity has improved, please let us know by writing a review on App Store.
We hope that your future will shine with improved dynamic vision.

Ok app

Seems to be helping my eyes

I really love the simplicity of this app. The game settings seems customizable enough. I do recommend doing the exercises on “slow” for a longer setting, like 3 min, for a week or two before doing faster settings, just to allow your eye muscles to get strong without straining them. I do each exercise once, everyday or every other day. It seems to be helping my astigmatism. I have not done any eye tests to verify anything though. One thing I wish was an option would be to pay for the app to remove the ads. The ads for games are the most frustrating to close out. Some ads are not bad, like the ones for eye care centers. I recommend this app and I will continue using it at this point.

I started using the this app yesterday and I like the exercises so far. Some ads pop up occasionally I would like to get rid of them but I don’t know how. Overall good. Update I’ve been using the app for about a month and I really like it. Developer please give the option to eliminate ads. I would not mind paying 99 cents to permanently remove ads.

Honestly as someone who doesn’t give apps reviews, I had to cuss this apis insanely holy. It’s what I have been looking. I feel like this game could be much better if we had like some sort of way to interact with the objects

After just a week of using the app I did notice an improvement with my vision and eye ability to lubricant on their own. I guess everything needs exercise including our eyes.
