I cannot open the app

This app Stinks! The digital paper is filled with debugs that show up out of nowhere. Once a recovery has been obtained, the paper backs up a page, and you must re-advance which is tricky. It is frustrating to try and read. Whoever designed this app should be fired. On top of that, what used to be a nice, hometown paper is largely gone. It has become a shell with few local reporters. It has been replaced with USA/Reuters and the left-wing stench of prejudiced reporting. As well, even the obituaries are so expensive that most go unreported. After over 40 years of subscribing, I’m done. I will get my news elsewhere, in a much easier format.

Works for me, no kinks so far, easy to navigate.

This app has not been updated regularly and loses connection

Barely functional with too many “click” ads for worthless products. Not user friendly. Am worried about what information they are trying to get from my phone. Not any identity protections at all. Many questionable settings with no explanations.

I open the app on Thursday and can only see the enewspaper from the prior Tuesday. I can find no functionality to get to the Thursday issue.

I have subscriptions to paper and online. Whenever I log in which I do from the dail email, it either opens or it tells me i dont have account. And wants me to log in using password, which I no longer remember correctly because it wont log me in. One device logs in most the time, the other is hit or miss.

Every time I pull up a story to read the screen goes blank after about 30 sec. Then it reboots and I have to start all over. Very frustrating and aggravating.
