Can’t recommend TLE enough

My sister showed me TLE a year and a half ago and we’ve been hooked ever since! It’s a great workout and I have seen amazing results from consistently doing it. I love it especially when I’m traveling, given minimal (or no) equipment is needed. There’s always something new in the library and I love that I can choose a class based on how I’m feeling that day. I would highly recommend giving TLE a try!

I found TLE in the pandemic & I can honestly say that it is the most effective workout for my mind & body! It has provided me with a way to move my body but without putting too much stress on it and raising my cortisol levels like old HIIT workouts did. It is SO convenient and you can literally take class from anywhere (using just your bodyweight or bala bangles/light weights). Forever grateful for TLE 🤍☺️

I have autoimmune diseases that among other things, make it hard for me to enjoy fitness. I have been following TLE since they launched and instantly fell in love with Alexis’ motivating personality, but it wasn’t until my 3rd trimester that I joined the TLE community. Looking for a lower impact work out and something I could do to keep my body moving - TLE just made sense. The classes are challenging, but quick and I keep coming back for more. TLE workouts are the because you can do them anytime, anywhere! Alexis provides classes both with weights and without weights. The classes are all different time lengths which makes it so easy to squeeze in an effective workout even if all you have is 20 minutes and a floor! Cant recommend this workout enough!!!!

I’ve been doing this workout consistently for close to two years and can’t say enough good things about it. I love how it’s a little more fast paced than other Pilates classes but still involves very intentional movement. I’ve noticed major results from my practice and am only doing a 15-30 min class most days of the week and occasionally going on walks. After participating in competitive sports and high intensity classes for most of my life, I’m still blown away by how impactful lower impact movement can be when you stay consistent. Alexis is passionate, talented, and and her philosophy on health and wellness has genuinely changed my life for the better. She recently started adding on meditation to certain workouts and I love that she’s always experimenting with ways to improve classes and keep content fresh.

TLE is life changing - I randomly stumbled upon TLE during the pandemic and I have been hooked ever since. It’s something I can commit to (almost) every day just due to the flexibility of at home work outs, and my body *literally* craving this workout. I have loved watching my body get stronger from TLE over the last couple years and fully believe in Lex and this workout - I am a TLE lifer!!
