Your app keeps freezing and closing...
As per title, your app does not work on my iPhone XS which is running iOS 12.1. It keeps freezing and closing every time when I am in the middle of reading your news. Please fix it ASAP! Thx!

Excellent paper
Still keeps up high standards
Freezes phone for 30 seconds
This app takes control of your phone and freezes it on a regular basis. Noticeable when you start the app for the first time - even when you browse the news.
Buggy app...
Probably better to just use the website, the app is buggy with random articles flickering so badly you cannot read them at all.
Sign-in No thanks
Sign-in for what! Rubbish. Deleted!
A free paper that isn’t free?
Why does a free paper insist on a sign in? I am not paying with my data! And why can’t a sign in be setup with in the app. Very poor! A once good product ruined by marketing people. Good luck convincing advertisers that there is the readership. Time to uninstall I think.
Failed update
I used to happily use this app on a regular basis. Then it broke when ios17 came out which I accept can happen but it took a while to fix. Now it opens but insists on registering without any explanation as to why they now want your email address where they didn’t need it before. This is a big fail in the user experience for me and I’m not going to provide my email without them at least explaining why they now NEED this. I’ll check back in a week or so to see if they’ve dropped this requirement (from which we could infer all sorts of sneaky intent), and if not the app will be deleted.

why do i have to log in? and why can’t i set this up in the app? this is so bad… as soon as you send someone away from the app, why come back?
