Couldn't livestream

Good app for chinese but not for other country because only china mainland can livestream. I told customer service agent many times that I can't livestream. I told them i live in other country not in china and use oversea sim card. They said will help to fix it and update me. Until now no one fix it. 2-3 weeks already.
